The original Ocean Village has plenty of facilities to keep passengers amused including: James Martin’s Bistro; Waterfront restaurant; Mediterranean style deck restaurant; La Luna Restaurant; Plantation restaurant; 4 entertainment venues; 8 bars; 4 shops; Ocean view gym; Jogging track; 2 swimming pools; 4 Jacuzzis; Cinema; Casino and a Spa including sauna and massage.
On top of that lot Ocean Village also has: Hair and beauty salon; 3-deck atrium, Internet café, Children’s paddling pool ; Night nursery; Children’s and teenagers’ zones; nine passenger lifts; a Medical centre and an incredible 7,000 sq. m. of open deck space!
Ocean Village 2

Ocean Village purchased this vessel in 2007 and named her Ocean Village 2. She is the 2nd ship in their fleet. Ocean Village are planning to have her sailing from Barbados from November 08 and from Heraklion, Crete in April 2009 as they build up their cruising portfolio.
A top attraction onboard this ship is the TV chef James Martin who operates a restaurant offering top quality cuisine.
Ocean Village Totally Tropical

Ocean Village Cruises offer a Totally Tropical cruise from 14th April- 5th May 2009. You will depart Barbados on 14th April and hop around a few Caribbean islands for the first week.
The 2nd and 3rd weeks involve more cruising at open sea, taking in all that the Caribbean has to offer, including stops at St Lucia, and Dominica. Once you leave the Caribbean you will spend 5 days at sea before hitting the southern tip of Spain were you will disembark at Majorca.

The original Ocean Village cruise ship was the fist ship in the Ocean Village fleet and sails from Jamaica in the winter months and focuses on Greece and the Eastern Med in the summer months.
With 13 decks and 514 staff members accommodating a maximum of 1,800 passengers there is plenty of room and always someone to help. The ship has been owned by Ocean Village since 2003 having previously been owned by Arcadia.

Ocean Village Cruises are looking to increase their fleet with a suggestion that they will be purchasing a new ship sometime in 2009 or 2010.
Ocean Village are continuing to attract more business and their successful launch of Ocean Village 2 has given them the drive to purchase a third ship. Unsurprisingly they will be naming it Ocean Village 3 and it should come into service sometime during 2010.
